This Heavy Duty Clutch kit features a full face ceramic disc with 'Marcel' spring between the facings for smooth engagement and chatter free use. The disc also features machined hub for zero change of interference with the diaphragm and disc and full encapsulated hub springs.
Our +60 Kit also includes a 60% increase in clamping force from the pressure plate over the stock 9-5 pressure plate.
These kits have been in development and on the market for years now and have been installed in some of the more iconic 9-5 builds as of recent.
The Street Ceramic +60 kit has been proven to hold strong in the 500whp range. An official "max torque" hasn't been confirmed because that limit hasn't been reached in real world applications as of yet.
NOTE: The stock pressure plate is available on this listing for convenience purposes. Improved performance can be expected over the stock disc in this situation, however, the advertised 60% increased clamping would not be expected using the stock pressure plate along with the Street Ceramic Disc.
