Whether B204, B234, B205 or B235, this simple girdle design will stiffen your high output Saab motor.
With two plate thickness options available, you can choose the options that best suits your needs. The thicker option is 3/8” (9.5mm) and the thin option is 1/4” (6.3mm). Extra long main studs are required, along with available girdle spacers.

ATTENTION!
Machining the spacers to the final dimensions is required for the perfect fitment.
Line-honing the crank main journals is strongly suggested in most cases.
Using the girdle will lower your sump pan. Clearance issues may need to be considered with your subframe and the mount/gearbox may need to be lifted to suit.
Oil volume will increase slightly as a result of the girdle thickness.
